Even Morons Can Change
Many rules of the NHL lack any degree of cognitive thought. The offside rule in particular is a glaring example of literally reading the rule book correctly, but stupidly. No one has ever considered the reason for the rule and how to administer it in an effective manner. I would love to hear what you say, pro or con to the views expressed here.
